Pleasantly Surprised

Comfy but thin
I have four sets of these sheets and the white is by far my least favorite. These sheets are so much thinner than the others and it feels like the quality of my others is much better. While they are still soft, because there is no thickness, you can see straight through them to the mattress and I do not care for that.EDIT – While I was disappointed in the sheets, the customer service from this Mellanni has been exceptional! They immediately contacted me and issued a replacement set. I received the replacement today but it was the wrong item and they have again issued another set, and told me to keep the wrong item. It’s a beautiful blanket that I’ll be donating! I’ll update again when I receive my sheets, but I’ll be a customer for life even if the white sheets don’t work for me. Extremely responsive and kind in all communications. A+++

I love these sheets. I prefer soft, lightweight fabric, so if you prefer the crisp, heavy fabric, these are not for you. They fit perfectly, feel nice and have no odor. I have used this brand for over a year and have not had any issues with pilling.

Very nice color, soft quality sheets for the price
The sheets are as pictured, very pretty vibrant colors. I bought 2 sets in 2 different colors and sizes for myself and my son. The teal in queen and the emerald green in full, we both like our colors. For the price that they are they are soft, and of decent quality. Definitely better than the sheets I purchased off of Groupon but of lesser quality than the ones I bought from Sam’s club or bed bath and beyond. I have only washed them once but they still look brand new. Overall I would recommend them for microfiber type sheets.

Truly Extra Deep Pockets !
I have tried many different sheets for our extra thick mattress that don’t stay on, but for the first time I have found sheets that work ! They are almost too deep ! I’ve previously purchased the regular king sheets from this seller, but they were tight, so if you’re in the same predicament as I am, go for the extra deep !

Love these sheets
I don’t write a lot of reviews but as I’m purchasing my fourth set of these sheets I thought I should. I love these sheets. They’re smooth and soft, they fit great, never come loose from the corners (I hate that) and they dry fast. Also, I sometimes sweat in my sleep and theses sheets never feel ‘damp’ like most sheets. highly recommended.

Surprised by how great these are
I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting to be blown away by these sheets. I tend to be very picky, but can’t quite articulate what I want in sheets. I just know when I lie on ones I don’t like. These are amazing.Pros: The right combination between crisp and soft. I got a darker color so they aren’t see-through or seem too thin. I stay cool when I use these, which is saying something.Cons: the fitted sheet is pretty massive. It’s clearly meant for a full mattress, but one that’s much taller than mine. I know nowadays many mattresses are very thick, but I have a Purple with no extra padding and there is A LOT of extra fabric. Nothing tucking it all underneath can’t fix, but a little annoying.

SUPER SOFT AND COOLING
Not gonna lie, I was hesitant to buy this because I have been looking for a soft and cooling sheets. I’ve tried satin sheet, it was just ok honestly. I even tried buying $75 dollars for some cooling sheets from Target. This definitely exceeds my expectations!!! Everyone should get it without a doubt! Fits perfect in my king size bed, has stretch to it, and super affordable compared to $75!!

Wowwww! Super deep pockets, good value
After taking them out of the package I wasn’t that impressed, I thought they looked a little on the thin side however, after I put them on my California king bed I was wowed by the extra deep pockets on the fitted sheet. Almost too deep! The pockets on the fitted sheet not only covered my bed but it extended down to cover my box spring. I will never have to be bothered by the sheet sliding up and off of the bed. The sheets are soft and comfortable and the pillow cases have a pretty trim. When I need sheets again I’ll be back to buy these.

Great Fit and Comfortable
I didn’t expect to much from this sheet set for under $40, but I have to say I’m very happy with these sheets. First, I have a thick mattress with an additional foam topper and a thick bed pad. The fitted sheet fits perfectly, I don’t have to pull and tug to get it on the bed. I love the softness of these sheets. They may be a little on the thin side for some, but I like a lighter weight sheet. I also like the pocket style pillowcase, as I have an overstuffed queen size pillow that would always come out of a standard pillowcase. All in all, I’m happy with the quality of this sheet set so far, time will tell how it stands up to continued washing and use, but I think, for the price point, it’s a very good buy.

Long, but might make you laugh
These sheets are one heck of a bargain! I’m not going to lie- I was skeptical when I saw the price when I ordered them, but my great dane managed to tear one of my other sets, and well, desperate times call for desperate measures. I found myself on Amazon- just like you are now, reading reviews, trying to save a few bucks, but not ending up with the crappiest sheets ever made- the Internet can be terrifying like that (I’ve been scorned, can you tell? ).Then I stumbled across these… the Mellanni Bed Sheet Set, and I was SURE I had read the price wrong or that there was some ‘catch’. Less than $20 for an ENTIRE sheet SET for my Queen size bed… with mostly positive reviews?? I’ve paid more than that for 2 pillow cases! There were a large selection of colors to choose from (I went with the dark brown to go with the hand made quilt on my bed)…. still less than $20 for the sheet set- no catch yet. Checked out, paid for, now we wait…2 days later my precious cargo arrived. After I ripped that package open like a kid on Christmas, I looked and inspected my new sheets for something, ANYTHING, to be wrong with them. I got nothing! Now, you should know, these ARE a thin sheet- you can practically see through them if you hold them up to the light- but don’t let that discourage you.The ‘sleep test’: I put these suckers on my bed for the TRUE test of any sheet, and oh my… they are fantastic! They are soft. It’s like coming home after a long, yucky day at work, and all you want is to crawl your sorry self into bed for the night, and your sheets GIVE YOU A HUG all through the night. But they are breathable, so you aren’t sweating like crazy. Ah-May-Zing!They also wash nicely, they come out soft- but not ‘flannel soft’, and they fold up neatly (except for the fitted sheet- only because I don’t know how to do that- seriously, WHO EVEN KNOWS HOW TO FOLD A FITTED SHEET?!??)Would I buy these again? If you even have to guess, then I need to work my my writing skills, because it’s absolutely a ‘YES’ from me! These sheets are honestly one of the best bargains I’ve ever found online. Less than $20 for a Queen size sheet SET that isn’t total crap…. I’m in!

Things I discovered in 6 months of using these Mellanni sheets (two sets, two beds).
Here are things that you would not perhaps know unless you owned these exact sheets for six months like we have:They are staying together well, no seams have split, no hanging threads.They are thin, so they take up very little room in the laundry hamper and in the washer and dryer when balled up.They are easily air dried on a rack or clothesline due to their thinness.If one likes the feel of freshly washed, crisp sheets, these are not going to be your favorites; even washed and dried, they are never crisp, stiff, tight, or any of those kinds of words.If one likes the feeling of soft sheets, silky, smooth, flowing, then these may be your favorites.They seem colorfast; we bought the gray color and I cannot say they are any dingier or less vibrant than the day we bought them.These microfiber-style, polyester sheets absolutely show oil stains more than cotton sheets, and it does not wash out. This may be particularly true of the darker colored sheet sets and pillowcases. If one uses body oils (e.g Neutrogena Body Oil), Vaselines, skin creams, hair gels, or eats potato chips in bed, you may not like how these sheets look after a few months. This bedding will have you believing that your spouse has ordered a bucket of KFC and ate it at a pajama party while you were at work; don’t worry, your wife isn’t having an affair with Col. Sanders…it’s just the sheets.These sheets have not shrunk and still can be easily placed on the bed. Even the fitted Mellanni sheet with elastic corners, unlike my usual cotton shrinky-dink sheets, doesn’t snap up into my kisser while I’m making the bed. Thanks, Mellanni!I hope that was of help to someone considering these sheets. Have a lovely slumber, friends.

Good for the price, but room for improvement
First impressions: I was pleasantly surprised that these did not fill up the lint filter when I washed them before putting them on my mattress (something Sheets and Giggles did every time). When I put them on, I noticed the flat sheet didn’t have great proportions – I can’t tuck in the sides. Maybe it’d be fine with their typical sheet set, but I ordered the one with extra deep pockets and expected the flat sheet to account for the taller sides too. I’m also not a fan of the envelope enclosure to the pillowcases; that also feels a little too small to be effective. I love the color and the way the sheets feel, I just wish those things were tweaked.Will update in a few days after I’ve slept on the sheets enough to see how they handle my tossing and turning. I bought these because I was fed up with my previous cheap sheets coming up one corner and having to fix it most days or risk it coming off the corner completely day 2 or 3. Plus I can play with my adjustable base to see if the sheet stays put no matter how much I move the bed.Edit: It’s been nearly a week, and the fitted sheet is still firmly on my mattress. It’s moved a tiny bit due to my mattress not being quite as deep as the extra deep pockets can handle (so there’s extra fabric), but I’ve not had to put the sheet back on the corner that normally comes loose even once. The flat sheet size is more annoying than I expected it to be, so if the manufacturer monitors these, I’d *highly* suggest you make the flat sheet slightly wider when customers choose the extra deep pockets. People may be using flat sheets less than they used to, but if you include one in the set, it should at least be the right size.

These sheets have gone downhill
Edited because the seller reached out and replaced the flat sheet that was defective. Great customer service!I got a black set of these sheets in like 2021 and they are to this day my absolute favorite set of sheets I own. Super soft, fit the mattress perfectly. If I was rating that set of sheets, my rating would be 5 stars.Just a few months ago I ordered another set of these sheets, this time in blue. It’s the same super soft fabric but it’s like the elastic on the fitted sheet came stretched out. the fitted sheet from the new set will not stay on the mattress without a corner popping off immediately. It’s driven me insane to the point of being unusable. I am about to just throw this set of sheets away, complete waste of money.

Great Sheets
My husband and I just upgraded to a king size bed and purchased these king size sheets in white. Our bed is 12” high and these fit perfectly. They washed up great as well! They do remind me of a hotel sheet. I get super hot at night usually but these have kept me cool. I recommend purchasing them if you are in need of some new sheets that don’t break the bank.

They are alright
These sheets have deep pockets which is helpful when you have a thick mattress and a husband that has kung fu fights in his sleep. Other brands I need to re-tuck the fitted sheet every morning, I have not had to do that at all with these. They are very soft and nice to lay on. My only complaint is that they were marketed as “cooling.” I have found that they offer no cooling while I sleep. I get extremely hot when I sleep and am constantly kicking sheets and blankets off at night. I was hoping these would help with that, however they did not.

Great!
These sheets are my favorite. This is my 3rd set. I have a set that I have had for years and still in very good shape. They are worth the full price but when on sale such a great deal!The feel of these are almost cooling. I am particular about material and just love the feel and quality. I have a slightly deeper Queen with a thick mattress over and the regular queen size fits fine for me.

I’m a believer!
I was very skeptical about these sheets. I was very unsure about buying sheets that I could not see and feel. Trust me when I say that these sheets are the softest that I have ever purchased! They are pretty thin but buttery soft. I am happy that I decided to take a chance and get them. I will be purchasing another set.

Actually work!
I saw these in one of those click bait articles that actually cool you down and was skeptical. I bought them in a lark fully expecting to return them… I promise they actually work! I’m in menopause and always run hot. These sheets really are so comfortable, well made, stay in place, and the colors are great. I will be buying more sets. I’m so impressed.

Great size for the fitted sheet
Finally found a bedsheets for my king size mattress that fits perfectly..well almost. The fitted sheet fits more than perfectly.i love it.But the sheet itself is a bit small. it’s not deep. My mattress is 14inxhes and king size. Wish the sheet was same size as the fitted one. I like to tuck in my sheet on atleast 3 sides but couldn’t do that. But that is ok. I’ll use it for my daughter’s mattress.Great color and quality. Will buy more for sure

Comfy, soft and cool
Love the feel of these and they stay cool. A corner or 2 has been pulling off every few days or so. Dunno if it’s my bed just isn’t quite the right size or it’s the elastic could be tighter/ shaped differently. Otherwise would be 5*. King size bed, 8″ thick mattress.

The Sheets
They are so soft and super comfy. We actually bought them for a RV bed and they worked out great! Very happy with the fit, the top sheet is not too big like other sheets can be. It’s really a great set of sheets and my 2nd time purchasing them.

These really are extra deep! Very soft.
I have a thick mattress and use a 3″ memory foam padding on top of it. These sheets actually FIT! with an extra 1.5 inches to spare. Very soft. I will update if I notice any difference in heat reduction at night.
