  • Refund Process: Once your return is approved and the product is received by us, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method, and the timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping Costs: Refunds do not include shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise specified.
