High Quality Product at a Good Price
Not too much to say about the product itself. It is very well designed, has good build quality, and effectively heats a room. It is reasonably priced and I’d highly recommend this one if you need a cheap, clean space heater.The essential part is over, if you still need convincing keep reading. I have a quick spiel on space heaters and this product perfectly proves my point. TLDR: It doesn’t matter which one you buy. All space heaters do the same thing so shop on options and price. This is my favorite option.Space heaters are different from other products when it comes to power and efficiency. They are strictly regulated and have specific guidelines for specifications. The most relevant one is wattage (power used). There is a hard cap (1500w) for the amount of power they are allowed to use and virtually ALL space heaters use that much (unless you specifically want one that uses less).Additionally, all space heaters are by definition 100% efficient. Traditionally, tools that use power have a % efficiency. Essentially if you put 100 units of energy in, how many get used and how many get released as heat. Since the goal of a space heater IS TO CREATE HEAT, there is no wasted energy.Therefore, as long as you get a normal space heater (1500w), it will heat a space the exact same speed as any other heater. Of course you can use fans to move the air around, but we don’t have to get into the fluid dynamics of why that doesn’t make a real difference. This model has a fan anyway, if you were concerned about that.Since all space heaters are virtually the same, this one is my favorite for everything else it offers. It has a super clean and modern design, it has useful modes that actually work, and the remote control is a nice touch. Plus it’s one of the cheapest option. You can’t go wrong.Neutrals (would be Negatives):1) Over time a heat ring does develop on the front mesh, but honestly that doesn’t matter at all besides looks. Really not a big deal.2) Safety features are technically there but I don’t trust them too much. With every other heater I’ve used, as soon as it leaves the ground (gets picked up or knocked over) it turns off. This one will turn off, it just not quite as responsive (won’t turn off immediately if moved). Not the end of the world for me since it sits in the same place 24/7, but if you have kids, pets, etc. that is something to consider.3) Takes 30 seconds to turn off. This is not a negative at all, just something to note. When you turn it off, heat will still come out but it’s just the heater cooling itself. It can be unsettling to have your heater on a timer as you head out the door, but it always shuts off. Again, not a negative, just be aware.Personal favorite, highly recommend. The End.

Toasty. Tiny Elvis says It’s HUGE!
I compared this one with a few other space heaters and this one stood out for me in a few areas. It is small with a lot of options for placement. Puts out good heat. Not loud, more like a hiss. I like that the fans runs for 30 seconds after you turn it off because it removes any residual heat in the unit and will not cook the controls (on top) over time. I have not used the temperature control function because I only use this when I am near it and controlling it is easy with the remote. I say I use when I am near it because these type heaters are not made to heat a whole room but a small area. I have it under my desk or on top of a Desk Drawer next to me. The other smart feature is that the controls go into sleep mode after a minute or so and require a tap on the remote or the heater to wake them up first before changing things. I like this feature because it prevents accidental changes if a button on the remote is touched once. The other units I tested did not have any of the safety features this one had and the tower style ones needed a stronger fan to push out the same heat due to the larger surface area they presented and heat rises so when I put my little cube on the floor a few feet away I can feel the heat on my feet and torso as if I am sitting in front of a tall tower heater! Anyways, I was skeptical of a brand I’d never heard of and I stay away from ‘sponsored’ products but this one surprised me and I’ve been enjoying it every day since I got it a week ago. I’ll update if I encounter any issues. 45 days now. Still going well. I use it for 1-2 hours in the morning and night to heat area near my desk. I like the oscillation feature!

Works great
I like this heater because it’s small, has a remote and looks good. For a small to medium size bedroom it really heats it up and quickly. I like the mode where it tries to keep it at a constant temp. I think the only thing I don’t like is that I have to cover the red power symbol at night because I’m sensitive to any kind of light, but this is a safety feature I believe to let you know. Worth the buy if you really need one!

Me and My Space Heater Against the Odds
The media could not be loaded.
It’s been 3 years since I bought this mini space heater. I bought it when I first moved into my city apartment. Pros first. It warms up my tiny bedroom fairly quickly. I set it to a temperature and it runs on and off to adjust to it until I turn it off! Very cool. There is no smell. The noise is not too loud. Cord is not too long, not too short. If you bump into it or knock it over, the heater automatically turns off after 30 seconds. I promise you it was PERFECT. It’s gotten me through a few very cold winters and I’m very grateful for it. But now for the unfortunate cons. After 2.5 years of working perfectly, it’s started to break down. Idk what it was that triggered its downfall. But now almost every time I start it up it kinda delays starting and/or makes a very loud winding noise as it gets to heating up. After a while of running through the noise quiets down like how it’s supposed to sound. What the heck. The paint where the touchscreen buttons have also started to wear off. I’m counting its days left 😔….Dreo, if you are reading this, please gift me a new one. I love you guys. Unfortunately I will not be buying this again once it breaks down for good. I also have no idea how to fix this problem as I am just a girl.

Love this!
Nice features. The rotation feature is great. Runs quietly. It isn’t heavy but it is a solid little unit. Easy to control with the remote. Just going into winter now so we will see if it performs long term but I feel pretty good about it.

Compact, cool looking
This little space heater really throws heat above its weight class. It’s sleek and I like the oscillation feature. The overall design is just great. Very simple to use and has a remote. I’ve had a few area heaters of this size and this is by far my favorite. Has a timed 30 second cool-down once powered off. You’ll be as happy as I am with this unit, with looks, functionality and pure heat output 👍

Buy this if nothing else for CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought this in January, 2024 for my basement office that’s always cold. I wanted a cute, aesthetically appealing heater, and this is definitely it. It heats well, not loud, isn’t hot to the touch (I also bought a new one because my old Lasko burned my son when he accidentally touched it). HOWEVER, fast forward now- August 2024, and I noticed the unit isn’t maintaining its heating, and the grate is yellowing. I figured I would contact customer service before I would trash it and start over… Amazon customer service helped me find their email, which I was grateful for, because that was a bit hard… and then I got the sweetest customer service person (huge shoutout to Carol!). She asked for my order number, a picture of it, the serial number, and immediately sent me a new unit. I can’t wait to get it because I have absolutely loved this one. Now- I hope this isn’t a problem with the next one, because I do use this 5 days a week (yes, even in the summer) because my office is super cold, and if the unit basically only will always have a 6 month life, that stinks… but the customer service was amazing, and I am so grateful. THANK YOU CAROL!!!! I also have two ceiling fans from this company, and didn’t even realize it until I was searching for my order. After this experience with Carol I will absolutely put this company at the top of my list to buy from, because it is SO hard to find GOOD customer service anymore, let alone a good product. Thank you Dreo for both!

Office comfort
I bought this to use in my small office at work that is extremely hot and stuffy in winter months and chilly in summer months. I didn’t have high expectations for this, but I was pleasantly surprised. I like that it has a fan only option as well as heat, comes with a remote, and can oscillate. The fan could use a little more power but I am happy with the heat output. It’s reasonably priced and definitely makes my small office more comfortable. I would recommend for a small area due to the fan’s power level.

Fantastic product
I use mine at work under my desk. It gives off enough heat that you don’t want it too close to your legs, so I’ve set it back and out of reach and use the included remote control. I love the option to oscillate or not, and the timer feature is fantastic as I would always forget to turn it off otherwise. I also love the feature to turn off the sound/chime it makes when you adjust the temperature or settings. With the fan already whisper silent and the sound off no one would ever know you have it. My office which I share with others has the A/C set quite cold so I have so far used both the digital temperature setting and the H1 setting. And sometimes when I’m hot, using the temperature setting at a lower degree setting, this unit is also a cooling fan.

Very good for small room
Bought for my bedroom. So far everything is amazing. There are things that can be improved: button on the heater not very responsive (but there’s a remote so doesn’t matter), the temp setting can be more accurate, but for the price it does what I expect it to do.

Better than the “Leading” Brand
After the second in a long line of those other heaters (rhymes with advocado) died in the space of weeks, I wondered why I keep rewarding those other guys for a product that simply dies after like 18 mos. Searched for another option and at this price, the Dreo Atom (the littlest one) was worth it just to know if something better was out there.And, something better was out there. I have only had this less than a week, so usual disclaimers apply (I guess I can update the review down the road to address longevity. Forget about the price, which is $10 to $20 less than the leading brand, but this Dreo outperforms in every way. It has 3 heat settings, and even at the lower setting (H1) which uses the least amount of watts, it is hot. Far hotter than any Bravado heater at comparable settings and then tome. Dreo does not stop there, it has an “Econ” setting that you can set a thermostat for, and then it will use it’s brains to get there and hold there in the most economical fashion. You can use the heater itself, or the included remote (which comes with with a lithium coin battery), which makes it far easier to use than the competition. It knows when it’s plugged in (there is a light that lights up on the display) and remembers the last setting so all you need to is use the remote to turn it on. 72 is plenty hot, and I’ve used hotter to warm up my small office. If your room is a little bigger or your ankles are getting too hot, it has an oscillation feautre that spreads out the heat more evenly.Safety features. I think the state of the art is all there, including a 30 second countdown timer when you flip it off. I think I read somewhere that it has a ceramic heating element, though not sure about that because there are warnings to keep it away from furniture and stuff and I recall from like 20 years ago ceramic heaters advertising that you can turn them over on a pillow of Kleenex and not light them.I am very impressed with this–and will be even more so, if it turns out to last as long or longer. It feels good to stick it to the leading brand, which in my experience, does not deserve the loyalty I heaped upon it. Disclaimers? My room is small, so there is a possibility I am overstating it’s power if you have a normal sized room. I haven’t had it long enough to really judge how well it is made (feels solid enough to me), but for $45-$50 it seems like a good risk to find out. What I know for sure, is that the others guys do not have anywhere near the same features at this price and that it will just die (stop turning on) after light to moderate use.

Great heater!
I bought this to heat up my office at work that was always freezing. My complain with most heaters is that they’re not strong enough or too strong. This was the perfect heater. It has 3 different levels and the remote is so handy. I keep it between level 1 and 2. It’s so quiet you forget that it’s on. I would highly recommend it.

Great value for money, good quality and performance.
I was really positively surprised with Dreo Space Heaters. Coming from very loud units, and unhappy with the high bill from heating during winter, I was looking into a solution to bring costs down and I learned that having a thermostate set up at lower temperatures and using spece heaters to warm up only the room you are in (vs. the entire house/floor) could be a good idea. I put that to test and it really worked. The cost increase in electricity was offset byt the lower expense in wood/propane, and a lot less work. Talking about the unit, it is a great quality out of the box. Really well packed, with clear instructions manual and easy to operate. I have both the standard and the one with motion sense. The motion sense is a great feature as it turns off automatically when no one is in the room (needless to say that no one in my house would ever remind to turn the heater off before leaving the room, so this is a very important benefit for me). I also love the function where you setup a temperature and it turns off after reaching it. For my kids room at night and smaller rooms like a playroom, this was the way to go.I did face an issue with one of the units I got that overheated and started smelling burnt. Dreo’s customer service was prompt to respond and they sent me a new unit right away. I cannot recommend this product more. Very well done and good value for money.

Wow! Awesome little space heater!
I have been using space heaters in my bathrooms for over 20 years. This is the crème de la crème of space heaters. I highly recommend it! With 3 heat settings, Eco temperature setting, fan only capability, a remote control & Timer, well, you just can’t ask for more. But there is! It’s quiet, nice looking, (I got the white) and it heats quickly and efficiently. I don’t write a lot of reviews. I usually only take the time if something is extremely pleasing or extremely poor. This Item is five stars in every way. You won’t be disappointed. 🌟

Great product
I was searching for a quiet heater for my office cube and after reading comments and watching videos I decided to get one. The little space heater that could
This space heater has gotten me through many cold nights and it’s still working just as well as the day I got it.I’m a little bit paranoid about space heaters causing fires and I have two cats so lots of fur and dust can build up quickly. So that said, the space heater has not burned down my apartment, so that’s a great plus! Lol!Sticking with the theme of my anxiety about space heaters being fire hazards, I never feel comfortable leaving a space heater on unattended. I’m glad there’s a timer mode, it’s the only way I can leave it on while going to sleep knowing it won’t be roasting me nonstop throughout the night but will keep me warm for an hour before shutting off.Other safety features like auto shutting off when it gets kicked over (at least I think that’s by design) are nice.In terms of heat, it’s hot! You can choose a temp level, but yeah if you want something that will literally melt the skin off your bones there’s a setting for that. Powerful little thing.5/5 stars! will come back and change to 1 star if it burns down my apartment. So far so good!

Warm and an upgrade for me
I used a small target heater for about 8 years and decided to upgrade. This one has a timer, different levels of heat, can use just as a fan, and swivels. I haven’t tested the auto shut off but I read that it does have one. I have a small office in the basement that is super cold, and I love that there’s a remote since I can switch settings quickly during a zoom call.

Works, but…
The reviews on this space heater were pretty good, so I decided to make the purchase. It works pretty well “up close” but so far hasn’t proved itself in heating up my smallish office as I had expected. The fan doesn’t seem to disperse the heat as far away from the unit as I had hoped, and I’m only about five feet away from it (it’s on a small file cabinet about 3 feet off the ground and aimed right at me). If I move it near my feet it seems to heat my immediate area better than from further away. I like that it’s temperature-adjustable, rather than just a low-medium-high setting, and that it oscillates. The remote makes it easy to control from a distance, obviously. Just wish it heated a larger cubic area than what the ads/specs said it would.

Outstanding little heater!
I just received my heater this morning and it’s incredible! It’s packed with tons of features so it will always meet your desired needs. It has a thermostat mode, a non-stop heating mode, and a fan mode. It also comes with a built in sleep timer as well as a rotation base! You can adjust the temperature precisely down to the degree. It has important safety features such as auto shut off if tipped over, and over heating protection. The design of the heater is very modern and sleek looking and will satisfy almost everyone. The black and silver colorway looks very nice which is the one I got. It features responsive touch control buttons on the top of the heater as well as the ability to control it from the included remote. The remote is very nice and features premium feeling matted black buttons. It is also very responsive. The heater is equipped with a very nice led display above the heater’s grill to let you know things like what mode it’s in, and what temperature it’s in when in thermostat mode. The heater makes a low amount of noise which is perfect for having it on while you’re sleeping or doing things like reading or studying. The air when on heating mode has little to no odor which is something I quite like. It comes with an air filter on the back covering the fan to prevent dust or debris from entering the heater. Something I find quite unique and very convenient is the ability to mute the beep the heater will make when you interact with it using the touch buttons or the remote. Note: (This can only be done using the remote) That pretty much sums up my review here and this heater is 100% getting a 5 star rating as it is truly an unbeatable little heater at an unbeatable price. Renewed orders missing remote.
I ordered this and it was missing the remote. I ordered another renewed one and it was also missing the remote. Otherwise they seem like new and work great. Price was great so I may keep them anyway, but don’t expect to receive a remote with the renewed version.

Nice little heater… but misleading listing because if you order Black you will get Silver.
After seeing reviewers’ photos of the all-black Atom One (which has a clean, minimalist look that doesn’t scream “space heater”), I selected “Black.” However, I received Silver, which has a silver front grille piece (as shown in the listing photo), and returned it for this reason. Amazon says they should have shown “Black” as unavailable; that was several days ago, and as of today (7/11/23), “Black” is still select-able. Dreo says the all-black Atom One unit is currently out of stock. Perhaps they’re trying to unload the Silver stock before offering Black again; if so, I won’t be helping: They took my info to let me know if Black becomes available.Before sending the heater back to Amazon, I did use it a few times, though I think I got a previously returned item: It had light surface scratches; also, the base felt somewhat loose and was off-center out of the box. Although the unit doesn’t provide “instant” heat (being ceramic), it does a good job of warming a small space. I wanted it mostly for the optional luxury of heating the bathroom while showering. Of course, using a space heater in a bathroom presents a safety risk anyway because heaters draw considerable power, and moisture is conductive; however, plugging the heater into an outlet with surge protection, running it on low, and leaving it on the floor (where less moisture accumulates than, say, on the counter or shelf) is relatively safe. I appreciate that the “dust filter” on the back is removable for cleaning, though this piece is chintzy, cheap plastic and was a bit of a struggle to put back on tightly; it felt like it might break.Overall, this compact heater has a sleek look and is a fair value (for the sale price of $40.36, anyway) given its features. However, I’d have no need for a remote control or the oscillation feature and would prefer to pay less for a version without those features. And only available options should be select-able.

Better than Lasko
In my opinion this is a more functional space heater than the Lasko brand that Amazon is often featuring. Those are fine too, but the Dreo is a bit quieter. It also has a digital display reading out the set temperature, rather than only having the dial. This is an awesome feature to set it and forget it, and not have to worry about coming back to a room that’s 100 degrees. The touch sensitive buttons at the top leave a bit to be desired, as both the unit and the remote it comes with basically can’t be used in the dark. Weird complaint, but I’ve had trouble finding the mode or power buttons on this lil guy at night. But the price is super duper fair and it’s got the safety features I need, it’s quieter than any I’ve used before. I run the fan feature as white noise and don’t expect it to last more than a year, but when it dies I’ll update this! Probably.

I got 2 of these for the large living area where we spend most of our time. I was able to turn the central heater thermostat down so as to not heat the whole house so much. This has worked well and saved on heating cost. They work quite well and put out quite a bit of heat.

Cord frayed and caught fire
This heater worked very well for almost two years, but this morning, as I was brushing my teeth, I smelled a burning electric odor, and noticed that a small flame was starting on the rug. The cord frayed at the connection point of the heater. We never coiled the cord, or did any repeated motions, such as winding it up, to cause this cord to fray at that point. I’m just glad I spotted it before I got in the shower, or else it could have really started a fire.

My only negative about this heater is it gets really hot. I have been unable to turn it down enough to be comfortable in a smaller area. It’s fine in a bigger area. I really like that it rotates.

Heats my room well.
I wasn’t expecting much from this little heater but it’s getting to the colder months. I live with roommates and none of us come out of our rooms very much so it doesn’t make sense to keep the whole house heated very high.This space heater keeps my 10×10 foot room nice and toasty. The cable length is just right and the remote is convenient.

small but mighty
This is a great , little heater. We use it in our bathroom. It takes the chill off the room, making our showers much more comfortable. I like the feature that it runs for 30 seconds after being turned off. This cools the heater off so it is safer to put away.

Perfect for my office…
This is such a great compact heater. My office is freezing cold, often times less than 68 degrees. This heater will warm up my whole office.
